When will my order ship?Updated 2 years ago

At GothRider Coffee, we roast our beans daily and aim to ship orders within one business day of purchase, subject to operational demands and volume. 

Our distribution centers operate from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET. Upon receiving your order, we immediately initiate the fulfillment process, so any order changes must be communicated within an hour of receiving the confirmation email. 

You'll receive two emails from us, the first confirming receipt of your order and the second indicating that your order is in transit, complete with a tracking link to follow its progress.
