How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
Production Time
GothRider products are crafted with care. Current production time is approximately 5-7 business days before shipping.
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Time (after production)
Canada:
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days depending on your province
- Carriers used: Canada Post, ICS, GLS, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, FedEx (carrier selected automatically based on your address and package weight)
United States:
- US shipping is temporarily paused due to tariff negotiations
- We're working to resume as soon as possible
Total Estimated Delivery
- Canada: 10-17 business days total (production + shipping)
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can sometimes take 1-2 days to update after the initial scan.
