How to Check Your Order Status
Option 1: Check your email You received an order confirmation email when you placed your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number.
Option 2: Log into your account Visit gothrider.com/account or gothrider.ca/account to see your order history and current status.
Option 3: Contact us Email support@gothrider.com, call 1-888-507-6569, or use our live chat with your order number.
Understanding Order Stages
Order Placed: Your order has been received and is in our system.
In Production: Your order is being prepared. GothRider products are crafted with care. Production takes approximately 5-7 business days.
Shipped: Your order has left our facility. You'll receive an email with tracking information. Shipping takes 5-10 business days within Canada.
Delivered: Your package has been delivered according to tracking.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update after the initial scan. Check back if tracking hasn't updated yet.
