Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Most orders can be cancelled while they're still in production.
No, if your order has already shipped. Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled. You would need to return it after receiving it.
How to Cancel

- Confirmation that you want to cancel
We'll cancel the order and process your refund.
Refund Timeline
Once cancelled, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
