Why Did I Receive an Order I Didn't Place?

If you received an order confirmation but don't remember placing an order, don't worry! This is likely from your coffee subscription.

What Happened?

When you made your first coffee purchase, you may have selected the subscription option which:

  • Gives you 15% off every order
  • Includes free shipping
  • Automatically sends you fresh coffee on a recurring schedule

Your subscription processes orders automatically based on the frequency you selected (every 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks). You'll receive an order confirmation email each time.

How to Check If You Have a Subscription

Look at your order confirmation email. If you see:

  • "Delivery every X weeks" in the order details
  • "Subscription Free Shipping" as the shipping method

Then this order is part of your subscription.

What Are My Options?

We're happy to help you with any of these options:

Option 1: Cancel the Subscription

If you no longer want automatic deliveries, we can cancel your subscription immediately. You won't receive any more automatic orders.

Option 2: Delay Your Next Delivery

Have too much coffee right now? We can push your next delivery to a later date of your choice.

Option 3: Change the Frequency

Getting coffee too often? We can change your delivery frequency to every 4, 6, or 8 weeks instead.

Option 4: Pause Temporarily

Going on vacation or just need a break? Pause your subscription and resume when you're ready.

Can I Get a Refund?

If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it and process a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, the package is on its way to you. We can:

  • Cancel your subscription to prevent future charges
  • Offer store credit for your inconvenience
  • Accept a return for refund once you receive the package (if needed)
