How to Skip or Pause My Subscription

Need to pause your coffee deliveries? No problem!

Skipping a Single Shipment

If you just need to skip one delivery:

  1. Access your subscription portal (check your email or contact us for the link)
  2. Find your upcoming order
  3. Click "Skip" on that delivery
  4. Your subscription will automatically resume for the following shipment

Pausing Multiple Shipments

If you need to pause for longer (vacation, travel, etc.):

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Let us know how long you'd like to pause
  3. We'll pause your subscription and set a resume date

Things to Know

  • No penalty for skipping or pausing
  • Your subscription stays active - it just pauses deliveries
  • Easy to resume - start getting coffee again anytime
  • Skip early - try to skip at least 3 days before your next billing date

Already Have Too Much Coffee?

If you're skipping because you have too much coffee:

  • Consider reducing your delivery frequency
  • Switch to a smaller quantity per shipment
