Accessing Your Subscription Portal

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer portal:

  1. Go to gothrider.ca/account and log in, OR
  2. Check your email for the subscription management link, OR
  3. Contact our support team and we'll send you the link

What You Can Do

In your subscription portal, you can:

  • View upcoming orders - See when your next shipment is scheduled
  • Skip a shipment - Taking a vacation? Skip your next delivery
  • Change frequency - Get coffee more or less often (every 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 weeks)
  • Update payment method - Change your credit card on file
  • Update shipping address - Moving? Update your delivery address
  • Cancel subscription - We'll be sad to see you go!
