How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order? Production Time GothRider products are crafted with care. Current production time is approximately 5-7 business days before shipping. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Shipping Time (after production) Canada: - Standard shipping: 5-10 business days depending on your province - Carriers used: Canada Post, ICS, GLS, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, FedEx (carrier selected automatically based on your address and package weight) United States: - US shipping is temporarily paused due to tariff negotiations - We're working to resume as soon as possible Total Estimated Delivery - Canada: 10-17 business days total (production + shipping) Tracking Your Order You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. How to Track My Order Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. Finding Your Tracking Number 1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for an email from GothRider 2. The subject line will mention "shipped" or "tracking" 3. Click the tracking link in the email to see your package status Understanding Tracking Updates "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment" This means the shipping label has been printed but the package hasn't been scanned by the carrier yet. This is normal - it can take 1-3 days for the first scan. "In Transit" Your package is on its way! It will move through various facilities before reaching you. "Out for Delivery" Your package is on the delivery truck and should arrive today. "Delivered" The carrier has marked your package as delivered. Check your porch, mailbox, side doors, and with neighbors. Tracking Not Updating? - Tracking can take 1-3 days to show the first scan - During busy periods, updates may be delayed - If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, contact our support team Don't Have a Tracking Email?
