How to Track My Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Finding Your Tracking Number

  1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for an email from GothRider
  2. The subject line will mention "shipped" or "tracking"
  3. Click the tracking link in the email to see your package status

Understanding Tracking Updates

"Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment"

This means the shipping label has been printed but the package hasn't been scanned by the carrier yet. This is normal - it can take 1-3 days for the first scan.

"In Transit"

Your package is on its way! It will move through various facilities before reaching you.

"Out for Delivery"

Your package is on the delivery truck and should arrive today.

"Delivered"

The carrier has marked your package as delivered. Check your porch, mailbox, side doors, and with neighbors.

Tracking Not Updating?

  • Tracking can take 1-3 days to show the first scan
  • During busy periods, updates may be delayed
  • If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, contact our support team

Don't Have a Tracking Email?

If your order was placed more than 14 business days ago and you haven't received tracking:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Contact our support team with your order number
  3. We'll look up your tracking information for you
