Standard Return Policy
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Refund method: Original payment method
How to Start a Return
1. Contact our support team with your order number
2. Let us know which item(s) you want to return and why
3. We'll provide return instructions and shipping address
4. Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping)
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
- It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Mystery Boxes - Final sale (see Mystery Box policy)
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Customized/personalized items
- Items purchased on clearance/final sale
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Contact us! If the item is in stock, we can arrange an exchange. You'll need to return
the original item first.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
