Standard Return Policy
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Refund method: Original payment method
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Let us know which item(s) you want to return and why
- We'll provide return instructions and shipping address
- Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
- It may take additional time for your bank to post the refund
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Mystery Boxes - Final sale (see Mystery Box policy)
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Customized/personalized items
- Items purchased on clearance/final sale
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Contact us! If the item is in stock, we can arrange an exchange. You'll need to return the original item first.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
