How to Update My Payment Method

Need to update your credit card for your subscription? Here's how.

Why Update Your Payment

Common reasons to update:

  • Credit card expired
  • New card issued
  • Card lost or stolen
  • Switching to a different card

How to Update

Option 1: Via Email Link

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Request a payment update link
  3. You'll receive an email from Shopify
  4. Follow the steps in that email to update your card

Option 2: Through Your Portal

  1. Access your subscription portal
  2. Find payment settings
  3. Update your card information

Important Notes

  • Update before billing date - Make sure your new card is on file before your next billing date
  • Failed payments - If a payment fails, you'll receive an email with a link to update
  • Secure - Your payment information is handled securely through Shopify

Payment Failed?

If your payment failed:

  1. Check your email for a payment update link
  2. Click the link and enter new card details
  3. Your subscription will resume once payment is successful
