Why Update Your Payment
Common reasons to update:
- Credit card expired
- New card issued
- Card lost or stolen
- Switching to a different card
How to Update
Option 1: Via Email Link
- Contact our support team
- Request a payment update link
- You'll receive an email from Shopify
- Follow the steps in that email to update your card
Option 2: Through Your Portal
- Access your subscription portal
- Find payment settings
- Update your card information
Important Notes
- Update before billing date - Make sure your new card is on file before your next billing date
- Failed payments - If a payment fails, you'll receive an email with a link to update
- Secure - Your payment information is handled securely through Shopify
Payment Failed?
If your payment failed:
- Check your email for a payment update link
- Click the link and enter new card details
- Your subscription will resume once payment is successful
